
Here’s a quick update from DxO, the French developer of photographic software, about the latest release of the company’s DxO FilmPack 6.3. This update supports some of the latest digital cameras and drones, plus Apple’s M1 processor compatibility.
The classic film simulation software and photo editor have been updated with DxO’s latest camera calibrations and lens corrections. In addition, it is now compatible with the latest photographic tools on the market, such as the Parrot ANAFI Ai, ANAFI, Olympus OM-System OM-1 and Panasonic Lumix GH6.
The user experience of DxO FilmPack 6.3 has been enhanced with the addition of new options, such as selecting whether a RAW file and JPEG version of the same photo are grouped or viewed individually in the browser. There is also now the ability to control the automatic download of optics modules.
Version 6.3 of FilmPack now has native support for Macs using the latest Apple M1 processors and has the latest patches for optimized performance.
